I have been a volunteer at radio KDNA Yakima. 91.9 FM In the program "Musica Variada" for over 2 years as a DJ on weekends. Information, events, PSA'S, commercials, horoscopes, and playing music on the air, and specially mixes of the hottes music out there. Are just of the few things I do at the station. Keep on liseing and supporting this station, your station made for the community by the community. MIG.

It was great to see your web page on the internet. The old, "La Escuelita," building, pictured here, brings back a whole lot of very pleasant memories of the early to mid 1970's. It was also a huge treat to see the picture of, "El Tio" showned being interviewed on your historical piece. It is always a pleasure to see the old building when I visit my family in Granger, which unfortunately, is not as often as I would like. Ricardo, you've done a great job!!! Keep up the good work. You were always, and continue to be, a great role model for those of us lucky enough to go from field labor, with our parents, to some of the best colleges and universities in the nation. Si Se Puede!!! Epi

We here at Salud were so excited to find you on the internet! Had a novela which we thought would work for our HIV presentation to farmworkers and were so happy to see that we could order it in quantities!

I have been away from the valley for about 22 years. There was a beautiful girl by the name of Carolina Gamino (Toppenish) that I fell in love with before I left in 1981. She was a few years older than me so we did't stay together. She also spoke fluent Spanish and I didn't speak a word of Spanish (then). I had always wanted to dedicate a song to her on your station, but obviously I couldn't. Pero hoy si puedo. Quisiera dedicar una cancion que exprese lo que yo siento por ella. I don't even know if you take dedications any more, but if you do please play "Contigo," by Luis Miguel para Carol-de parte de Fred. She and I were recently reunited and will be getting married soon. Also it would be great if your station was available over the net.

I didn't even know Radio Cadena had this website up. Congrats on so many things. I know I'll be working with Radio Cadena very soon. I linked my web page to yours... I have a large number of College students and professionals coming in all the time and if anyone would like to post something, please... lemme know how I can help. You all at Radio Cadena do so much and I thank you for it. Hasta La Victoria Siempre, Madeline Alviso

Note from webjefe: We had to delete the link to Madeline's site, because it appears to have been hijacked or sold to someone else.

I am recruiting people who can communicate in Spanish and who want to be a part of communicating with Spanish speakers worldwide over the internet. If you wish, you may be part of a team that helps Spanish speakers worldwide communicate with those away from home free over the internet. There is no charge to participate, and there is an income opportunity. Please contact me at 509-979-3165 cell or email me at charlesjohnson@centurytel.net Would someone please repost this in Spanish for me, indicating that if they leave me a message in Spanish do so slowly, as my Spanish is limited, but I get by. Thanks.

I would like to stablish contact with you, and I hope that you would like to do the same with me. I'm a fluent writer and radio scriptwriter in spanish. I have written and produced radio dramas about history and political topics for kids and adult people in the Colombian Culture Departament (radio Unit). I also have written a health book and some medical articles for Sanitas, an International health organization. Your novels combines effectively health information and entertainment, and I think taht this is a very interesting way to teach and to learn about everything. I think that this is the kind of work in which I could do my best: I'am a fluent spanish speaker and writer and I have enough imagination to create interesting situations and characters. I woulkd like to send you my resume and a CD with a selection of my radio production. If you are agree with this, please don't hesitate in stablish contact with me. I'm living in Bowling Green, Ohio, and my phone number is : (419) 353 7073
